We make this mesh with stainless steel wire. We use 304, 316, and 316L stainless steel. All types can be made to your order. This mesh is used for liquid and gas filtration in oil fields. We control the stainless steel material strictly. Each batch of raw material comes with a mill test certificate. We keep wire diameter tolerance within ±0.01mm. Filtration mesh needs high precision. We do tensile and elongation tests. We make sure the wire does not break during use. We also provide third-party material test reports. In 2024, we supplied 20 tons of 304 stainless steel wire to an oil equipment factory in Shandong. They needed 0.5mm diameter for Dutch weave mesh. They use the mesh to make oil filter cores for the Middle East. Our wire passed the hydrogen sulfide corrosion test. They have worked with us for two years. In 2025, they ordered 30 tons of 316L wire for oilfield mesh.
