1. Clear the work area and equipment of all obstructions and accumulated debris.

2. During pickling, slowly lower the iron wire into the tank to avoid acid splashes. When adding acid, always pour the acid slowly into the water; never pour water into the acid, as this can cause dangerous splashing. Protective eyewear must be worn during operations.

3. Handle iron wire and other items carefully; do not shove or handle them roughly.

4. Prioritize safety during wire winding and general operations. Personnel other than the designated operator must not operate the machinery without the shift supervisor's approval. Handle wire coils gently; stack them securely and neatly, ensuring the stack height does not exceed five coils.

5. Avoid direct skin contact with acids or alkalis.

6. If acid mist levels exceed national standards, immediate control measures must be taken; otherwise, production is prohibited.

Galvanized iron wire is manufactured from high-quality low-carbon steel rod. It is categorized into hot-dip galvanized wire and cold-galvanized (electro-galvanized) wire. The production process involves wire drawing, pickling (rust removal), high-temperature annealing, hot-dip galvanizing, and cooling.
